What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All parts and product packaging must be intact.
How do I return a product or check the status of my return?

How do I cancel or reschedule an installation?
Installation cancellations and reschedules need to be handled through PSE&G by calling 1-800-708-9480.
Are there any items I can’t return?
All items available for purchase on our site are eligible to be returned.
Will you provide a shipping label for my return?
If your return is due to a damaged/defective product or because of an error on our part, contact us and we’ll provide a pre-paid return label. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
When will I receive my credit?
Once we receive your returned product and verify that all parts and product packaging are intact, we will issue a refund to your credit card within five business day. Please note that depending on your credit card company, a refund credit can take up to 5-10 days to appear on your statement.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If your return is because of an error on our part, we will provide a pre-paid return label. Please contact us or call 1-833-768-7553. We are happy to help.
